Abstracts may be submitted for Poster Sessions or Oral Communication Sessions. All submissions will undergo scientific evaluation by the Organizing Committee, which will determine their scientific merit and the most appropriate presentation format.
• Abstracts must be written in English.
• The use of the online submission form is mandatory.
• The submitting author is responsible for accuracy.
• Multiple submissions are allowed.
• Modifications are permitted until the submission deadline.
The following information will be required when submitting an abstract:
- Title (maximum 255 characters, including spaces)
- Topic / Category
- Submitter’s details: first name, last name, email, address, affiliation, and phone number
(the submitter is the person responsible for uploading the scientific work) - Authors’ information: first name, last name, email, and affiliation of the presenting author and any co-authors
The abstract must be structured into the following sections:
INTRODUCTION – context, objectives, and relevance of the study
METHODS – approach, procedures, and techniques used
RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS – observations and data presented in a logical sequence; key findings and conclusions
Additional Requirements
- It is not permitted to include figures, images, or graphic material in the body of the abstract, but it is possible to upload additional files such as charts and images in the designated field of the abstract submission form.
- The abstract must not exceed 3,500 characters, including spaces.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. The Committee will assess scientific quality, relevance, and clarity, and classify submissions into:
• Poster Session
• Oral Communication Session
Details regarding the preparation, format, technical specifications, and delivery of Poster Presentations and Oral Communications will be provided directly by the Organising Secretariat after the scientific approval of the abstract and its final assignment to a presentation category.
No templates or technical guidelines will be supplied before the acceptance decision.
The online form will require:
• Presenting author details
• Abstract text (structured)
• Topic category
• Conflict of interest declaration
