Symposia proposal

On behalf of the Scientific Committee of ECBS2026, thank you for submitting your work for presentation at 7th EUROPEAN CONFERENCE ON BRAIN STIMULATION IN MENTAL HEALTH   in Naples, Italy

We have an on-line submission and evaluation process.

All proposals must be submitted on-line through the online submission system. Proposals that are sent via e-mail or fax will not be included in the assessment process by the Scientific Committee.

Symposia submission guide

The Chair assumes full responsibility for the contents of the proposal and must ensure that all other authors have approved the proposal before submission.

The Chair and the additional speakers will be required to register for the conference to have acceptance of the symposium confirmed.

  • All proposals must be submitted in English.
  • Each symposium will be allocated a total of 60 or 80 minutes.
  • Symposium of 60 minutes must have 3 speakers. Each presentation slot (approx. 15 mins) should include time for a Q&A. At the end of the session there should be 15 minutes for discussion.
  • Symposium of 80 minutes must have 4 speakers. Each presentation slot (approx. 15 mins) should include time for a Q&A. At the end of the session there should be 20 minutes for discussion.
  • All symposium participants must register and pay to attend the conference. We regret, no financial assistance can be provided for travel or other expenses
  • Title: Symposium title can contain a maximum of 250 characters.
  • Author(s): First and last names, institutions, and e-mail addresses of the authors must be fully indicated correctly and in the right order.

We expect the symposia to be highly competitive. The symposia proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the conference theme
  • Current scientific impact of the symposium theme proposed
  • Educational value

All submitted symposia will be scored by members of the Scientific Committee.
