Use this form to submit a symposium session. Please take note that the official language of the congress will be English. The use of this form is mandatory for the submission of symposium proposals.
Symposium Proposal Policies
*1. Originality of the Proposal
Symposium proposals must be original. Originality implies that the symposium:
– has not been previously presented, accepted, or held at other conferences or scientific events;
– is not currently under review for submission to other conferences;
**2. Review Policies
All symposium proposals are subject to evaluation by the Scientific Committee, based on criteria such as scientific quality, thematic coherence, and relevance to the conference. By submitting a proposal, proposers:
– accept the conference’s review process and its outcomes;
– agree to comply with all participation rules of the conference, including deadlines, presentation formats, and any limits on the number of contributions;

ll accepted presenters are required to register. For the registration will be offered a discounted registration fee of € 450,00. Please note that all presentations must be delivered in person in Naples, as virtual options are not available. The congress organizer does not provide reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenses
****4. Confirmation of Speakers’ and Chairs’ Availability
At the time of submission, proposers must have:
– contacted all proposed speakers and chairs;
– obtained an explicit confirmation of availability from each of them to participate in the symposium, should it be accepted.
